COVID UPDATE: We are fulfilling orders as usually but our courier partners and Royal Mail are overwhelmed with the volume of orders and do face in some cases network delays so please bear this in mind before placing an order.

The estimated shipping time for our products for customers in the UK is 1-5 working days, Europe 2-6 working days and Worldwide up to 3 to 7 working days there might be delays if unusual circumstances that affect courier services take place. Please note that while we are trying to reduce CO2 emissions by combining your orders in one parcel as much as possible, some might items might arrive in different parcels / dates if they are being shopped by different brands

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you’re delighted with your order but if your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you can exchange or return the item within 14 days from the date of your order as long as it meets the below requirements:

  • Items must be returned, unused, unworn, undamaged, unpacked and sealed with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • The item was not discounted
  • The item was not bespoke or made to order e.g. furniture or jewellery

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. 

If the item that you received is damaged or defected please send us a picture as we will either replace it for free or give you a partial refund.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you would like to return your item for an exchange or a refund please email us at contact@natoorio.comto send you details about the process.

Once the item is returned back to our facility. It will take us 48 hours to process the exchange or the refund and you will be notified via email once the process is fully completed.

You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs for sending the item back to us.

 RECEIVING A REFUND

Once the item is returned back to the location that Natoorio has advised, It will take us 48 hours to process the exchange or the refund and you will be notified via email once the process is fully completed. Please note that any Shipping delivery (If appropriate) is not refunded and the costs to return the item will be your responsibility.
